Social Networking For Corporate Ireland?
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Here’s a chance for Corporate Ireland to use Social Networking, by joining MyRagan.com, “the meeting place for communicators from around the world. ”
You can use the site to:
–Find communicators who share your interests;
–Create real and virtual networking groups–even groups in your own hometown;
–Solve problems and answer tough questions about your job;
–Query Ragan editors and management about any issue of your choosing;
– Download free reports on everything from Social Media to measurement.
For anyone in Ireland involved in International Trade or Services, this could be a network worth joining. While at first the membership appears to be U.S.A. based, I soon found members from Australia, Denmark, The U.K and with only 13 members from Ireland, this is an underutilized tool here.

Hi Eoin,
You might be interested to know that there is now a business network online at http://www.TransActions.ie, exclusively for businesses in Ireland. It is a “network of need” based on connecting
each company with customers that want their products and services or suppliers that can fulfill their business needs. It is not strictly a “social” network as it offers more than communication - it is a fasttrack to getting and doing business.
Have a look and let me know what you think.
It is live and accepting subscriptions.
The official launch will in September and so it will be in the national press around then.
Best regards,
Peter Gaines,
Busienss Development Manager, TransActions.ie
