For the Twitter link, I made my own graphic, but if you do a search in Google for "follow me on Twitter", you will find some free images. Then just use your HTML editor, like Dreamweaver or <a href="http://www.nvu.com/index.html" rel="nofollow">NVU</a>, to add a link to the image, to your Twitter profile. You can find your Twitter profile link on your Twitter page, just look to the top right for Profile and copy that link. Then add a new Text widget in your blog and copy and paste the HTML. Fantastic that everybody is so interconnected. I've been away for Christmas so haven't seen the mammoth module 4 - that's next. You look like a bit of an expert so I will be following you n twitter. Thought you might have a bit of a laugh at my 12 year old son doing his first video.
